Greg
MacDonald Q.C. is in his 33rd year as a practicing lawyer and has no plans to
retire any time soon. A 1971 Bachelor of Business Administration
graduate of St Francis Xavier University, Greg earned his law degree
from Dalhousie University Law School in 1974 and was awarded his Q.C.
in 1999. Greg has built an extensive practice in Real Estate
Purchase, Sale, Migration and Mortgage transactions as well as a
busy Wills & Estates Administration section. Greg also has a focus
on Civil Litigation including Personal Injury and Commercial
Litigation and has appeared in all levels of Court in Nova Scotia
over the years. Greg MacDonald Q.C. has a particular interest in assisting elderly
clients with their estate Planning needs.
In his off time Greg enjoys music and golf and is a member of the
well known local musical group, Déjà Vu. That performs twice per
year at Summer St Industries, a sheltered workshop for the mentally
challenged located in New Glasgow.

Greg is a life long resident of the New Glasgow/Pictou County area
and has spent his entire legal career here, honing his skills while
assisting his fellow Pictou County residents. Greg's greatest
treasures are his family, spouse Valerie and their sons Ian & Colin
and welcome the challenge of representing clients into the future.
